What we believe

At Holly Newell Massage Therapy, I believe care should feel warm, safe and led by what you need. My intuitive approach combines massage bodywork, crystal healing and qi energy work to help regulate the nervous system and support healing across mind, body and spirit. This is a welcoming space for women and girls, where you can let go of what no longer serves you. With over 15 years’ experience, I offer a thoughtful, personal approach in Chelmsford.

The experience

From arrival, settle into a cosy, warm and safe space created for women and girls. Holly’s intuitive massage and bodywork, crystal healing and qi energy work offer time to pause and reconnect with mind, body and spirit.

Choose from treatments including myofascial release massage, hot stone massage and crystal energy massage, or book an express spray tan. Naturally derived products and an environmentally mindful approach help make your visit feel considered.
